Shipping & Returns

All items ship from Nanaimo, British Columbia via Canada Post unless otherwise requested.

 I acknowledge that shipping can be an additional cost, and I will make every effort to keep the charges as close to my actual expenses as I can. I firmly believe in maintaining fair prices for my products instead of inflating them to cover 'free' shipping. If you reside in the Nanaimo region, I highly recommend choosing the Pick Up option, which is completely free of charge.

 Custom designs and special orders take longer and will be discussed via email prior to orders being placed. Online orders are typically fulfilled within a day or two.  Shipping time is in addition to that. Orders shipped in Canada or to the United States (up to the value of $100 CDN dollars product & shipping charge combined) are sent out via Canada Post Xpresspost in Canada and Expedited Parcel or Tracked Packet for the United States.

 Within Canada

In stock items ship within 2-10 business days - package includes insurance and tracking.  Shipping to most major urban cities is typically 2 days while some rural destinations take longer. Please refer to Canada Post’s webpage for average shipping times from Nanaimo, BC to your area.

 To the U.S.A.

In stock items ship within 8-10 business days - package includes insurance and tracking. Please refer to Canada Post’s webpage for average shipping times from Nanaimo, British Colombia to your area.

 International

I am not currently shipping internationally.  This option will be added at a later date.  Please contact me if you would like an item shipped to a country other than Canada or the USA.

However, kindly understand that each item is meticulously crafted by me, making it impractical for me to accommodate returns. In the event that your piece arrives damaged through no fault of your own, please contact me and I will make every effort to rectify the situation
